Parts Used Pulp from insides of succulent leaves. Chemical and Nutrient Content Anthroquinone, glucomannan, magnesium lactate, polysaccharides. Actions and Uses Applied externally, heals burns and wounds; stimulates cell regeneration; and has astringent, emollient, antifungal, and antibacterial and antiviral properties. Taken internally, soothes stomach irritation, aids in healing, and has laxative properties. Good for AIDS and for skin and digestive disorders.
